For the AskIt e-pharmacy intermediary & WhatsApp order-facilitation platform. These Terms cover the website, the WhatsApp Bot, and orders fulfilled by licensed partner pharmacies.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AskIt website, our WhatsApp-based interactive conversational service ("WhatsApp Bot"), and any related order-routing or communication services. By using our website, interacting with our WhatsApp Bot, or placing an order through our partner network, you ("User", "Customer", "You") agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

In compliance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, rules enforced by the Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO) and Ministry of Health directives, the platform strictly prohibits orders for:

Legal prosecution. Any submission of fraudulent, forged, altered or illegitimate prescriptions, or attempts to solicit illicit substances, will result in immediate termination of platform/WhatsApp Bot access and mandatory reporting to local law-enforcement authorities.

11.Acceptable use

Do not submit false prescriptions, another person's details, or fraudulent orders. Do not attempt to obtain habit-forming, narcotic or otherwise restricted substances contrary to law. We may refuse, limit or cancel orders, and may block access we reasonably believe is being misused.

12.Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The platform does not provide medical diagnosis, clinical advice or treatment options. All content on the website or WhatsApp Bot is for informational purposes only — always consult a qualified medical doctor for medical concerns. We are responsible for operating the platform with reasonable care; we assume no liability for adverse drug reactions, dosage errors, or fulfilment errors attributable to Partner Pharmacists, for a prescriber's advice, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

13.Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date above will change, and continued use means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
