How do I pay?

Cash on delivery. You pay the pharmacy's quoted price when your order arrives, and nothing is taken before that. By placing an order you agree to our Terms and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Can I cancel? What about refunds?

Cancel free any time before you confirm a pharmacy's offer. Once you confirm, the pharmacy starts on your order; to cancel after that, ask for a call back in the chat or the app. You pay only on delivery, so a cancelled order costs you nothing. If some items cannot be supplied, you are not charged for them and the rest of your order continues. Report a wrong, damaged or expired item within 48 hours and we replace or refund it, your choice. Everything is spelled out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Is my prescription data safe?

Prescriptions live in private, access-controlled storage and are shared only with the licensed pharmacist quoting on your order — never sold, never used for ads. We don't collect card or UPI details at all. See our Privacy Policy.
