What you can order, and what it costs

AskIt is an ordering and delivery service, not a pharmacy. We do not hold stock. Every item is dispensed and sold by an independent, licensed partner pharmacy near you, at the price that pharmacy quotes — which you see, itemised, before you pay anything.
1.What we deliver
Anything a licensed retail pharmacy in your area lawfully stocks can be requested over WhatsApp. In practice orders fall into these categories:
Prescription medicines
Schedule H and H1 medicines — antibiotics, cardiac and blood-pressure medication, diabetes and thyroid medication, and other maintenance therapy.
For example: Zifi, Unobiotic, Thyronorm, Amlodipine, Atorvastatin, Lanzol DT.
Indicative ₹40 – ₹350 per strip / pack
Everyday & OTC medicines
Pain and fever relief, cough and cold, antacids and digestive relief, first-aid and topical applications.
For example: Dolo 650, Crocin, Saridon, Disprin, Vicks, TusQ, Ondem syrup.
Indicative ₹10 – ₹150 per strip / bottle
Wellness & personal care
Vitamins and supplements, oral and skin care, sanitisers, antiseptics and other everyday pharmacy items.
For example: multivitamins, antiseptic liquid, oral-care and skincare products.
Indicative ₹30 – ₹500 per item
Baby & mother care
Infant nutrition, baby skincare, diapers and related mother-and-baby essentials, subject to stock at the partner pharmacy.
For example: infant formula, baby lotion, diapers.
Indicative ₹100 – ₹900 per item
2.How a price is built
Every order is quoted the same way. Nothing is added after you approve.

You choose between two or three pharmacy quotes before any payment is taken. Paying is by UPI, credit or debit card and net banking through a secure payment gateway, or by cash / UPI on delivery. See our Terms and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
3.Availability and substitution
Stock is checked live with pharmacies near your pin code at the time you order, so what is available varies by location and time of day. If an item is out of stock, the pharmacist may propose an equivalent generic or an alternative brand — you see it in the quote and can accept or decline it. Nothing is substituted without your approval, and you are never charged for an item that cannot be supplied.
4.What we do not sell
In line with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and CDSCO directives, these are never processed on AskIt:
- Schedule X drugs — narcotics, psychotropics and mind-altering tranquilizers
- Habit-forming or addictive substances
- Unlicensed, unapproved or banned Fixed-Dose Combinations (FDCs)
- Emergency or institutional hospital-only critical-care medicines
- Any Schedule H or H1 medicine without a valid prescription from a Registered Medical Practitioner
5.Who sells and who delivers
The sale of medicine is a contract between you and the licensed partner pharmacy that fulfils your order. That pharmacy holds the applicable drug licence, verifies your prescription, dispenses, packs and dispatches the order. Quickpill Solutions Private Limited operates the AskIt platform that connects you and coordinates the delivery; it does not own, stock, sell or dispense any medicine.
